We have a fantastic small team of friendly, passionate beer lovers working at our brewery in Reading.

At the moment we have 5 full time members of staff, including our two founders, as well as a number of fab part time and casual staff in a variety of roles from accounts to events.

As a team, everyone mucks in when required, and whilst we each have our individual responsibilities, the overall success of Double-Barrelled lies in the hands of every individual.

We are proud of our core values and Double-Barrelled wouldn’t be what it is without our incredible team and how they go about living them every day.
