Our first releases
Ahhhhh! It’s been a long time coming but BEER IS LEAVING THE BREWERY.
Our final step from homebrewers to garage brewers to just… brewers!!! With months of building work already completed, test batches & then finally brewing, we are delighted to say beer is now leaving the building.
Our first beers will be exploding on to the market at a three way Tap Takeover at the Beer Merchants Tap in Hackney Wick. It’s a triple D takeover as we are pouring along side Cheltenham legends; Deya & Duration an incredible new family farmhouse brewery based in Norfolk. This event will be on all over the weekend of 9th ,10th & 11th of November with a meet the brewer event on Thursday the 8th.
We’ll be bringing;
Red Jungle Fowl – Raspberry and Beetroot Gose
A classic Gose recipe with plenty of sea salt and coriander, fermented with 120kg British raspberries and 20kg of raspberry puree, with some beetroot powder thrown in to balance that all with a slight earthy note. At 5%, it’s a great “entry level”, well balanced sour.
Parka – Citra Dry Hopped Pale Ale
Crushable 4.5% pale ale with 12g/l Citra dry hop – so all of the tropical fruit and citrus aroma and flavour, unfiltered and unfined with a slight bitter finish.
Seven Dollar Saturday – Milk Stout
Smooth, chocolate and creamy 5.6% milk stout that is super easy winter time drinking with a rich and full aroma.
We are pleased with how these beers have turned out, considering we are still learning how to brew on a kit that is 50 times bigger than what we have been used to!
We already have recipe & process tweaks to make to the next batches but we promise to keep on learning & developing and we hope that these beers convince you to follow us on that journey.
As well as the Beer Merchants Tap over the next few weeks, our beers will be going on at the Hop Locker on the Southbank in London, Mother Kelly’s in Vauxhall & Bethnal Green, as well as All Good Beer in Bermondsey.
We will definitely be delivering to a few more places over the coming weeks, so keep your eyes peeled.
Soon… they will also be available at our tap room at the brewery, which we are currently in the process of building.
But that’s a post for another day…

Opening Saturday the 1st of December
