High persistent acidity with soft ripe berries on the nose. Body is full of juicy forest fruits with a redcurrant twang. Finishes yogurty, despite no lactose, with lasting redcurrant and raspberry.

Where does the name come from? 

The Martingale System is a betting technique used in Roulette, where, like starting a business you put ALL IN! And of course Roulette, like this beer is very much all about the reds + blacks!
