A new direction for our continued exploration into IPAs, brings a change of yeast to push the fruit and juice forward notes.

For this brew, we ran with a Golden Promise and extra pale malt base, and introduced Hallertau Blanc and Mandarina Bavaria for the whirlpool for a subtle flavour and aroma addition aimed at providing the dry hop of Mosaic and Galaxy a really solid base from which to shine from.
Full fruit forward esters from the yeast and tropical & stone fruit notes from the hops all for your viewing pleasure.

In a time where mask wearing is very much a part of the norm, this quote from Bane seems quite appropriate.
