This super soft, fluffy and juicy Pale Ale is a love letter to one of our all-time favourite American hops. Using our house Pale Ale base as a blank canvas, we’ve added a 14.5G/L dry hop to accentuate all of those wonderful flavours and aromas that we love about Simcoe.
