This Kölsch-style Lagerbier uses a simplified malt bill with plenty of flaked barley for beautiful lacing and a big foamy aromatic head. Driven by an assertive bitterness and hopped with Vic Secret, BRU-1 and Simcoe pairing perfectly with our traditional Köln yeast strain.
