Cagoule (2021)

Cagoule is, at its core, an IPA. Plenty of oats and wheat back up the extra pale malt base, with Cascade and Centennial added for bitterness and aroma. We whirpool and dry hop with Citra for bright, citrussy and tropical notes. Cagoule is then fermented with a German lager yeast at cooler temperatures, for crisp and refreshing notes, and then lagered for 6 weeks to provide a super crisp finish.
