Taproom Takeouts & Click+Collect
Our taproom is now open for click+collect orders, and growler fills.
Our hours are:
We ask that you order through click+collect if possible. Some products, including all guest stock, will not be available to purchase from the taproom.
We’re still delivering nationwide from our webstore, with free delivery over £50, and we offer free local delivery on Fridays for orders over £30.
Please note that our local deliveries are done by our team of brewers and office staff, and therefore can sometimes be a little later than regular deliveries.
All deliveries are usually completed by 7pm, if you need your beer earlier please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Growler fills are now available from the taproom during our specified taproom opening hours.
We are still offering our growler fill collection and delivery service to local postcodes on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays until March 5th.
We’ll collect your growler from you in the morning, fill it up with beer and return it to you the same day. From March 8th growler fills will only be available from the taproom.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to the whole of the UK & Northern Ireland. Unfortunately we don’t deliver internationally yet.
How much is delivery?
Mainland UK orders under £50 – £5.99
Mainland UK orders over £50 – Free!
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of White, Channel Islands & Scottish Offshore – £30 (this reflects the price our courier charges us)
Local – Free Friday deliveriy for orders over £30 – just order by midnight on Thursday. Available for the following postcodes: RG1, RG2, RG4, RG5, RG6, RG8, RG30, RG31. RG7, RG40 and RG41 have been added for lockdown 3.

Can I send a gift?
Absolutely, beer makes the best gift! Please put a note in the ‘gifts’ section and we will make sure we don’t include the invoice, and will hand write a gift note with what you’ve written.
Who can order?
We can only sell and deliver to people over the age of 18. We reserve the right to refuse the delivery if the person receiving the order looks under 25 and is unable to provide appropriate identification.
What do I do if there is a problem with my order?

How can I return my order?
We are not able to offer refunds on beer due to the nature of the product. If your product arrives damaged please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 01189428390.
When will “Beer XYZ” be back in stock?
With the exception of Parka and Ding, all our beers are seasonal one offs, and therefore unless under unusual circumstances, it is likely when we are sold out, the beer will not be brewed again.
Why do you say “drink fresh + keep cold”?
To ensure the beer is in the best condition when you drink it, we recommend keeping your beers in the fridge at all times at home. We also would recommend drinking your beers within 3 months, if not sooner. This is due to hop deterioration and the fact that we do not pasteurise our beer. This helps you get the best taste, and most like drinking at the brewery.
